King Drool the Third, known in Japan as King Tamagodon III (キングタマゴドンIII世, Kingu Tamāgodon San-sei, lit. meaning "King Egg-Bowl III") is the main antagonist of the Bonk series and Bonk's main adversary. He is a giant green Tyrannosaurus rex/dragon hybrid who has tried to take over the Dinosaur Kingdom countless times and has caused great devastation with each of his evil plots, but is always defeated by Bonk. He is the ancestor of Sandrovitch.

His threat level (along with his size) diminishes with every game. In the first few games, he is a legitimate force to be reckoned with and dwarfs Bonk in terms of size. As time goes on, however, he inexplicably gets smaller and smaller, and has to rely on machines and other such cheap tactics to remain a threat. By Super Genjin 2, he is no bigger than Bonk himself, and the game starts off with him beaten and imprisoned by his own Chikuns.

Bonk's Adventure[]

In the first game in the series King Drool kidnapped Princess Za and it fell to Bonk to rescue her from the evil king via fighting his way across the world and defeating his mind-controlled minions in the process.

King Drool is fought in two phases. He initially appears only as a transparent wireframe, teleporting around the screen while releasing fireballs which move horizontally and vertically. After taking enough damage he finally manifests himself fully, jumping high to stomp the player and summoning floating tridents which track down the player.

In the PS2/GC remake he initially appears wearing a metallic armor and carrying a large scepter. During this phase he will dash across the screen, launch the scepter, create an energy blast from the scepter and call forth lightning to electrify the floor. After the armor is destroyed the second phase begins, he attacks by breathing fire on the floor, blowing bubbles from his nostrils and tossing a large skull.

Bonk's Revenge[]

King Drool is once again encountered when it turns out he had the top half of Moonland in his possession, causing Bonk to once again go after him.

Bonk 3: Bonk's Big Adventure []

King Drool for the third time steals the top half of Moonland, but now chains it to the bottom of the sea. Bonk again has to defeat him.

Super Bonk[]

King Drool is fed up with Bonk and decides to get rid of him by tricking him into running into a trap that gets him sent to another timeline. Bonk must venture multiple areas between the timeline and battle strange bosses to get to King Drool. The game ends with Drool falling into his own trap and getting sent to another timeline himself (though he's still in the Dinosaur Kingdom come Super Genjin 2).

Super Genjin 2[]

Drool is imprisoned into his own castle by the Chikuns, who take over his machinations to conquer the Dinosaur Kingdom. After Bonk defeats them and releases King Drool, he quickly turns on him, forcing Bonk to fight him one last time. This time, Drool attempts to beat Bonk at his own game by eating a piece of a black meat that causes his head to grow to grotesque proportions. Despite this ridiculous, yet formidable, transformation, Drool is defeated and falls from his castle, with which Bonk literally crushes him like a pancake.
